  • The Tsutenkaku Special Outdoor Observation Deck requires an additional on-site fee. Please be advised.
  • A special sliding bag provided by on-site staff must be used for the TOWER SLIDER. Participant restrictions: 120 cm or taller; under 100 kg; 7–65 years old

  • Access participating attractions during their business hours and all covered transportation from the first to the last service of the day.
  • This e-ticket is valid from 3:00 am– 2:59 am the next day. Be sure to tap “Start Using” after 3:00 am on the day of use. If activated from 12:00 am–2:59 am, the pass will expire at 2:59 am on the same day
  • No child fare is available for this pass.
  • Not valid for departure from Kansai Airport Station
  • Not valid on JR Railway
  • When taking reserved seats on limited express trains on Kintetsu or Nankai Railway, an additional fee applies

Reminders

  • Once you press the "Start Using" button on the e-ticket, the e-ticket cannot be canceled for any reason (including accidental early activation before arrival or temporary unavailability of some transportation facilities)
  • The operating time of each facility is subject to change due to holidays, exhibitions, maintenance and seasonality
  • If the ticket is in use but you accidentally click “Request Cancellation,” the order status will change to “Cancellation Requested,” and the voucher will temporarily be hidden from the order page. In this case, to continue using the voucher while customer service is working to resolve the issue, find the original voucher sent at the time of purchase in your account's email inbox
  • Please only make the booking 3 months before the expected use date. No refunds for expiration caused by early booking

  • Please do not click any "Start Using" button before the use date. Also, please keep in mind that once you activate any of the Osaka Amazing Pass e-tickets, the status of all e-tickets will change to "In Use" and will be non-refundable
  • Tickets cannot be issued separately. For multiple uses, please see "Caution for Group Use on train": English, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese
  • iOS 15 or above / Safari (latest version), Android 10.0 or above / Chrome (latest version) are recommended for e-tickets
  • Note that even if your phone meets the above versions, certain devices or  environments may prevent you from viewing the website
  • If the page does not appear when tapping the link directly from the KKday App, please copy the URL and use the e-ticket in the recommended browser
  • No ticket reissue/refund if you fail to present the e-ticket due to your device issue (lost, malfunction, dead battery, etc.)
