• No time limit on the visit, but the staff might move the crowd along based on the crowd and elevator condition

• Go through the 4F entrance to the 350M Observation Deck; once there, visitors can decide when to proceed to the 450M Observation Deck but there might be a queue

[Tokyo Subway 24-hr Ticket]

• Ticket is valid for redemption 12 months from the purchase date
  • See validity period printed on the ticket after the redemption
  • The expiration time will be printed on the ticket once it's used at a ticket gate
  • If the ticket expires during the ride, travellers can still exit as long as the ticket is valid upon entry
  • Ticket becomes invalid if not used within the validity period printed on the ticket
• Tokyo Subway Ticket offers discounts or goodies at about 250 shops along Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway lines. See here for more
• Present the QR code (printed/on-screen) in your booking to exchange tickets/passes

[KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway 24/48-hour Ticket]

• Keikyu Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket must be exchanged for train tickets at the manned counters at Keikyu Line Haneda Airport T1/T2 Station or Haneda Airport T3 Station. It cannot be redeemed at any Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station
• When exchanging your train tickets, the "QR code" issued after booking is required. Bring a device that can show the QR code or a printed QR code. Without it, you will not be able to access this service
  
• [Keikyu Hanetoku Ticket] Round-trip ticket from Haneda Airport T1/T2 Station or Haneda Airport T3 Station to Sengakuji Station
  • Valid for 9 days from the date of exchange for both departure and return
• [Tokyo Subway Ticket] All lines on Toei Subway & Tokyo Metro
  • Valid for 24 hrs from the start of use (when passing through a ticket gate). See validity period on the back of the ticket
• Voucher is valid only on the day of use
  • The Keikyu Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, if not yet been redeemed for train tickets

[teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM, Toyosu]

• Children aged 12 (elementary school) qualify for the child ticket, while those over 18 (high school) qualify for the youth ticket
• teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM is free for children 3 and under. Children age 4–6 not yet started elementary school need to a child ticket for teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM from the official ticket website
• TeamLab Planets TOKYO DMM does not require a reservation. Use your ticket during business hours on the day selected when booking
• Business hours are subject to change. Check the official website before visiting
  *Last admission is 1 hour before closing (usually until 10:00 pm).
• Entry is not allowed after the last admission time
• Entry is not allowed after without a valid voucher on the day of your visit

[Konica Minolta Planetarium TENKU]

• Planetarium tickets can be redeemed from the start of the TENKU on the day selected when booking. Valid for a general seat, not a Crescent Moon seat
• Present your ticket at the 7F ticket counter to select your preferred showtime and program and receive your seat ticket
• Check the official website for TENKU program schedule
• Entry time and program available are subject to venue's capacity
• On weekends & public holidays, it may take longer to arrive at the site. Please take this into consideration
• After a program has started, entry is strictly prohibited for the safety of the customers
• Please be careful not to overlap your TOKYO SKYTREE admission time with the planetarium program time in your reservation
• It takes about 60 mins to fully enjoy the TENKU
• Voucher only valid on the day of use
  • TENKU is valid for 7 days from the morning of your TOKYO SKYTREE visit (including SKYTREE closing days)

[SMALL WORLDS Miniature Museum]

• Children aged 5 and under and children aged 6 who have not yet started elementary school enjoy free admission

  • SMALL WORLDS Miniature Museum does not require reservations, but entry must be during business hours (11:00–20:00). Last Admission: 19:00

[Tile-Breaking Experience]

• You can visit TOKYO SKYTREE or experience the tile-breaking first
• If you plan to do the tile-breaking first, allow plenty of time to to be on time for TOKYO SKYTREE admission 
• Reservation Confirmation (Voucher)
  • A voucher with a QR code is required for TOKYO SKYTREE and this experience
• You can upgrade to 5 or more tiles for an additional fee paid on-site
• Voucher Validity: only on the day of activity.
  • If you are unable to participate in the tile-breaking activity on the day, your reservation will be valid until the next business day (Saturday or Sunday) of the following week after the original reservation date.

[Asakusa Kimono/Premium Kimono Rental]

• Children (ages 3–6) require a ticket
• Children under 6 years old who have not yet entered elementary school will be charged the child rate

• Pregnant women who under 16 weeks are not permitted to participate
• Reservations are accepted up to 2 hours before your appointment
• Preparation and dressing take time, the experience may be unavailable for late arrivals

• Kimono must be returned during the shop’s business hours on the day of rental
• cold-weather clothing or rain gear are not provided. Dark underwear may be visible through light-colored fabric
