Eligibility for Taiwanese National Ticket (excluding 101F admission)
- Senior Ticket: Senior ticket holders must be aged 65 or above and present one of the following IDs for verification: ID card/passport/ARC/NHI card/household registration
- Military/Police/Firefighter Ticket: Applicable to military, police and firefighters in active duty, veterans, military dependants and military academy students who are Taiwan nationals. Ticket holders must present one of the following IDs for verification: Military ID/veteran certificate/ military dependent certificate/military academy student ID/police or firefighter ID
- Concession Ticket: One accompanying visitor (Taiwanese national) is also eligible for this ticket type. Ticket holders must present their disability certificate and one of the following IDs for verification: ID card/passport/ARC/NHI card/household registration
- Student Ticket: Ticket holders must present their ID card and student ID upon entry
- Free Admission for Children

- Travellers are required to go through a security check upon admission, please do not bring outside food & drinks, pets and prohibited items with you
- Travellers are required to follow all on-site regulations at all times
- For packages including 101F entry: 101F opening hours: 11:00 am–8:00 pm, last admission: 7:00 pm. Each visit session is 1 hour. Check-in on the 89th floor is open 10 minutes before every session
- Due to private events held on other floors of Taipei 101, you will be notified if your reservation conflicts with a private booking. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The Observatory ticket can be cancelled for free if not redeemed. If the order is cancelled due to force majeure factors, the supplier holds the right to approve or deny a refund
- Group tickets (for 2, 3, 4, or more people) must be used together at the same time. They cannot be split or refunded for individual use. We appreciate your understanding.
